No, some data loggers provide an option for real-time display but all OMEGA data loggers collect data independently of the computer. What is the Maximum Sample Rate for a Data Logger? The sample rate depends on the specific model.

France's data protection commissioner, CNIL, has found that under the “basic” telemetry setting. The agency criticized the company last summer for collecting excessive data and ordered them to comply with the country's “computing and freedoms” laws, but they are now satisfied, being that the OS now limits its collection of data to the bare minimums required 'to maintain the system and applications in good working order and to ensure users' safety.'

Microsoft has scaled back the volume of data it collects from Windows 10 PCs by “almost half,” leading French authorities to drop their threat of a fine. The French regulator CNIL today announced that Windows 10 is no longer in breach of the country's data protection laws, following changes to how the OS handles user privacy. Microsoft had previously faced the threat of a fine of up to €150,000 ($158,000) if Windows 10 wasn't brought into compliance with French data protection rules. Since the notice was issued to Microsoft in July last year, Windows 10 has almost halved the volume of data it collects when the user picks the “basic” telemetry setting, according to a notice issued by CNIL.

Fuck you microsoft, i think we need to start a trend, i call it 'find and toss a ms employee screaming head first into the nearest trash bin' and post it on youtube, it doesnt matter who, you just grab one of them and toss it. Like, for example, you grab one of them and he says 'but but im the janitor!' In which you would reply 'dont care, a company is strong as its weakest link' and there goes janitor into the trashcan, or, lets say, you find Bill!, well same thing, you grab him, and there goes ol' Bill, screaming head first into the trash, with his autistic retarded legs dangling on the outside of it for all to see. I honestly think this would fix all thats wrong in that company, they would care, and listen to every little complain, in fear of being turned into an object of mockery onto the real world in the form of lulzy youtube videos, cuz complaining online dont do shit so there you have it, a genius idea if i may say so. THREE FUCKING THOUSAND.I have complete control of the data that flows in and out of my Android device. It isn't Android that collects data. It's the Google Services. Root and remove or Root and install a custom ROM and live off F-Droid. I can control it if I wish. You have pretty much zero control over Windows 10.

Sure you can do something like Anti-beacon but the next months round of patches could easily render that ineffective. It's also a matter of simply having the choice. I choose to use Google services. I choose to allow them to collect data. I also have very good control of that data and can delete bits and pieces or all of it.

I don't want or need MS to be doing the same without my permission. How much control over the 3000 data points that 'Basic' telemetry collects do you have control over? That would be none. I run a heavily customized Windows 7 super lite version. I re-image my boot drive with a fresh install on every boot-up. I turn all my games into portable versions that I keep on an external thunderbolt drive. My shit is SUPER FAST and striped down and I consider myself un-fcking-hackable. I can't deal with the occasional Justin Bieber ad or Candy Crunch ad inside my Windows 10 'experience'.

Single player worlds have local area network support, allowing players to join worlds on locally interconnected computers without a server setup. Interactions can be cooperative or hostile depending on the used server options. Players can run their own servers or use a hosting provider. 7 days to die download gratis.

Data collection on me? Ads on my screen. Not happening. I am surprised more of you don't make the effort to just put together a game plan that protects you 100% for all the BS.The drive re-image takes 2 1/2 minutes. There are days if I'm playing around with new software / OS tweaks, Browser tweaks or addons I re-image my drive 7 or 8.10+ times. You guys are silly. There are days if I'm playing around with new software / OS tweaks, Browser tweaks or addons I re-image my drive 7 or 8.10+ times. The base was Windows 7 home SP1 then i stripped it down tweaked it. Killed off most of the bs processes, tore out the bs software, tons of os tweaks, updated the drivers which probably needs to be done again, a few utils then a heavily modded Firefox with greasemonkey and addons, modded hostfile, ssd tweaks, etc etc. Then I white list the files. I run a few apps that are on 30 day timers but otherwise urestricted but i never reach the timers since the os is reset daily. After all of that I image the drive.

I don't download each and every app that has ever existed. I keep the number small and only stuff I actually have a use for or need. I don't even use Chrome on my phone.Unlike a lot of people I know damn good and well that a phone is a massive weak link in privacy. It's not just how people use them or the apps. It's the fact it's a tiny little device that can be easily lost or stolen.

I'm not going to rely on encryption or passwords to protect all my information on something like that. I'm going to keep almost all of my information off the phone in the first place. So, there you go. My phone isn't sending shittons of information back simply because it's not able to. That's a very different thing with Windows. Windows 10 is an OS. I do a hell of a lot more on my computer than I'd ever consider doing with my phone. I have a lot more data and information stored on my computer and I do a lot more with it.

The percentage of use of my phone is so tiny in comparison with my PC that it's not even worth mentioning. I know phones can send back plenty of information and therefore I choose not to do that much with it so the amount of information is small with very little chance of having personal information there to be sent. If I want something to be 'secure' I simply don't use my phone.

If I want to be secure on my PC, I don't want Windows 10. I don't use Chrome or even have it installed on my PC so I don't have to worry about any information being sent that way.

Like with Chrome I can easily choose not to use software on PC which collects and sends information. However, that's not possible with Windows 10 for the simple fact that it's baked into the OS.
