The theme just looks transparent without actually being so.I think he's referring to the Aero-Without-Transparency that comes with Home Basic vs. The non-aero non-accelerated Basic theme.I'm also wondering why he would have Windows 7 Home Basic, since that product is really only for emerging markets and won't be sold at retail I believe:huh.
